What brings us in is usually one problem in one workflow: repeating mistakes, slow turnarounds, or senior people answering the same questions over and over. The fix runs in the same order every time.
The diagnosis.
We start from the result you want changed and trace the workflows that produce it: where the time goes, and where the mistakes enter.
The memory.
We give your company a memory: one current, organized copy of what it knows, with each piece connected to the customers, jobs, and decisions it concerns. Conflicts get settled, gaps get filled, and the right answer comes back with its source.
The improved workflow.
Each task goes to wherever it is handled best: AI agents and software for some tasks, and your people with better processes and tools for others.
The ongoing role.
From there we run the system as part of your team: we keep the agents on their tasks, keep the memory true as the business changes, and take on the next problem as it comes up.
Watch it work
An AI pointed at your files finds most of the answers. It does not make the decisions.
The same question goes to the same AI twice: once searching Holcombe Mechanical’s shared drive and inboxes, and once connected to the memory built from them. The first works the answer out from whatever the search returns and says who to check with. The second gives the position somebody decided, with the record behind it. Holcombe is fictional, and its drive is thousands of files going back to 2020, more than fit in one window.

Five run on Holcombe Mechanical, a contractor we made up, and seven more on Whitlow Ferris Partners, a consulting firm we made up. Each company's samples share one memory, and both are labeled fictional everywhere they appear.
